Interested to get the GE integrated shield plan for my family. Any bad reviews or reasons not to go with them as don't have a GE plan before?

I had plans with pru, aia and now currently with GE

in my opinion, cost wise GE is the cheapest across the 3 plans with coverage to private hospital

but GE will increase premium once claimed
