In what case would you get the ICBC dual-currency credit card? Would a multi-currency card be more useful?

My main question is which retailers are eligible to qualify for the 8% cashback.

At a glance, I don't see it having many benefits apart from the dual currency facility. You would be better off using YouTrip or Revolut.
