In order to buy resale HDB apartments, 2 PR need to be married and does the 2 PR need to be 3 years of PR or one person will be eligible to qualify.

Hi! To buy resale HDBs as PRs, you need to eligible the "Fiance / Fiancee Scheme" where both must be PRs for 3 years. Other than HDBs, you can consider also executive condos / condos where both of you do not need to be married to be eligible to buy.
