In a span of 30-40 years for investments, DCA ETF or stock picking, which is more effective?

If you have the ability to beat the market consistently, you will not choose to follow the market with ETF. But for people who cant beat the market, following the market will be a better choice. Stock picking will win ETF for sure no matter how many years IF you are good at it.
