In a divorce proceedings, does the ex-wife have a claim to your investment portfolio? assuming it was never shared with the ex-wife. Women charter can force the guy to share his investment portfolio? even if the wife never contributed funds to it?

I think it depends on the agreed settlement method. All I know is that they cannot touch any insurance-linked investments and endowments.

I think that's about the only perks of ILP.
