Important questions to ask for your first job

Would like to ask what are some of the key things that I should be concerned about/take note of with regards to the salary and benefits package for my first job! - e.g. AWS, health insurance, etc

Not on benefits. but on how u can bring value to the job probably. the people/culture etc.

If academic results, CCA involvement/ voluntary works are not spectacular; don't ask about renumeration package first. HR is looking for appropriate candidates who display interest in growing with the company, not just a headcount. Anyway, when there were no annual reports or sustainability reports from the company, here are some questions you could ask:

What are the company's culture and values like?
How does the company support diversity and inclusion?
What is the company's approach to work-life integration?
What is the management style?
What is the team dynamic like within the department/section posted to?
What are the day-to-day responsibilities of this role?
What qualities are most important to succeed in this role?
What are the opportunities for growth and development within the company?

Ask about possible progression path, and health insurance which is quite important in my opinion....
