Im in my mid twenties and just got started in Syfe. Allocating $100 each into Core Equity100, Themes (Disruptive Technology) and Cash+. Any thoughts on my current portfolio?

Currently a beginner investor, not sure if my current portfolio is ideal or sufficient. Looking at at least 5 years of investing.

Core Equity100 and Themes are good for long run, not sure if you are using Cash+ as an investment vehicle? If so, would not recommend. unless you are using it as an emergency savings vehicle!

Ideal/sufficient is subjective so that's difficult to answer. Depends on your own goals.

Cash+ is a cash management account so it's not optimal if you're using it as an investment instrument. I'll use it for my emergency funds not really as an investment.
