If you own a company, is it okay to to invest the company annual savings to stocks and bonds?

I’m not an owner but I wonder how do these CEOs keep the company savings. I mean, otherwise the company’s annual savings doesn’t do anything and it just sits there and die from inflation. What do you think?

Need to classify properly and accounted for in the annual statements. Even if non-listed, the authorities can request for your past financial statements. IIRC, you are required to keep up to the latest 3 years of financial statements.
