Tiers determine the level of benefits/rewards you can access or unlock. The higher the tier, the more rewards you can reap. Tier 1 : Millionaire Tier 2 : Billionaire Tier 3 : Trillionaire This is determined by the number of seeds you’ve earned within a 6-month cycle. If you have earned enough seeds within the cycle, you can level up immediately and it will be maintained during the next cycle too.

Actually the tier maintained within next cycle part I am confused. I believe quite a few were Trillionaire tier last cycle (on or before 31Jan22) but all downgraded to Millionaire tier on 1Feb23. The email does indicate the tier will be maintained but when logged on - shows the lower tier - maybe timing diff.
I think the main objective is just more like recurring contribution (posting new questions + sharing thoughts) to the community. After all, can earn both the credits (exchange vouchers) and seeds (for knowledge).
Seedly has replied will update the tier accordingly... under "New Rewards Tier Cycle"
