What is the real cost?

Higher salary, does it included CPF and employer contribution of CPF? And the CPF that will grow for your retirement? If yes and the margin is much higher, and can buy back your cost of connecting with your family, then maybe it is okay but really depemds on what you want.

Life offers many opportunities; it's all about the choices you make. Working overseas can provide a high-paying job, expose you to new communities, and enrich your life experience. It doesn't mean you have to live abroad permanently. Staying in Singapore offers stability: stable income, stable thinking, stable mindset, and a stable life. You're still young; travel more, broaden your horizons, and your family will support you.
