If someone does not meet BRS to qualify for CPF life, does the MRSS government top up get locked up in CPF?
My mum currently 66 has no CPF since she full time housewife.
Govt recently intro MRSS, if top up CPF with cash can get up to 600 govt top up.
If my mum does not meet BRS to qualify for CPF life. Then the money top up will be forever lock inside CPF?

With your mother's age, most likely she belongs to ther generation which is under the RSS scheme.
They should get a monthly payout from RSS except this scheme does not pay out for life.
Give CPF a call to confirm
