If possible try not to use job seeker as reason for deferment

HI all,

To my juniors as well as my seniors as well i have something to voice out which I find is crap I recently gotten retrench just before 2 months of my first ICT I senddd in all my forms as well as my reasons lastly I personally written my own deferment letter cant believe they wont empathaise you at all despite it is stated one of the reason when you are jobless did try to find a job outside when it is so hard and dont talk about about mindef their 14 days of escalation is another headache by that time you wait you either wished for first deferment to be success or standby to defer again ....

now I know if I go in now without a job collect a low cheap labour pay compare to my previious where got fair to me ?? Lastly I truly felt discriminated for this case people with jobs can defer while people use job seekers due to retrenchment
