Fund management industry is very competitive and I would encourage fresh grads to network and speak to people in the industry to understand what they are doing, and to understand why you are interested in this industry. This helps to showcase your authenticity during the interviews and your interest in investing. Constantly reading and equipping yourself with knowledge will equally set you apart.
