At age 55, CPF before transfering money from OA and SA to RA, do they ask whether you want to pledge your HDB?

Then when can we withdraw OA and SA if the RA is below FRS and do not pledge HDB? Upon age 65, when we start to get the payout from RA, can we then withdraw OA and SA?

It is true that if you don't have FRS for your cohort in RA, you cannot withdraw from SA and OA. If you pledge your HDB, then you only need to have BRS in RA, after which you can freely withdraw from SA and OA.

Default CPFB will transfer FRS from SA then OA to RA at 55. You need to take action to pledge your HDB.
