I would consider Endowus RoboAdvisor via their CPF investment route. Depending on how old you are and your risk tolerance, you may choose your portfolio weightage between bonds and equity. Their core portfolio ranges from 20% Equity and 80% Fixed Income to 100% Equity.
Just my 2cents worth, you do you.

Just a clarification, you won't have RA before 55. I believe you meant your SA has reached FRS. One thing you can plan to do is SA Shielding when you are about to reach 55, effectively keeping the shielded amount in SA while RA is formed with OA (FRS-$40k).
