If my parents and I intend to swap ownership for houses, is it possible?

I intend to buy over my parents EM as they've secured a 4rm BTO completing in 2 yrs.
Assuming MOP has been met, we plan to swap our ownerships back for both houses ie. I own the BTO and vice versa.
What future complications or setbacks will I face?
