If I own a private property today and got inherited a 4rm HDB flat, am I able to keep the HDB flat? And how do I find out if the inherited unit has been a non-subsidized HDB flat or not?

Im doing some forward-planning here, thus wanna confirm a few things. From my understanding, i shld be able to inherit the 4rm HDB as long as:

• the unit was a non-subsidized HDB flat bought before 30 Aug 2010
• my family has to stay at the inherited HDB flat
