Pros & cons between staying in HDB flat vs Private property (condo or landed)

Is there something good about private property that we didn't notice enough? OR is there something you couldn't live with again when you moved into a landed property from HDB flat?

In terms of nearby amenities, accessibility, facilities or even affordability issues.
