If I get the grants (close prox./ Family Grant / EHG) for a resale flat and sell away the resale flat in the future (still within the lease), do I have to return/pay back the grants?

_In short: _you have to return the grants + interest to your CPF Ordinary Account, but it's ultimately your money. You are not paying it back to the government or CPF or HDB.
