Will I still be eligible for resale grant (EHG) if I did not select a unit during the flat selection due to personal reasons (assuming I get a good ballot number).

Hi all, I am looking to apply for a BTO launch (first time). However, I am wondering if I am still eligible for resale grant (EHG) if I do not select a flat?

Don’t think so. I was make to choose between the resale grant vs keeping my bto application then. So they should not be related. But if you prefer a piece of mind, write in to hdb for a black and white assurance.
