If I buy $100/mth for CQQQ (listed on NYSE) on FSMone RSP, how much is the sales charge? Is it SGD 1 or USD 1?

Also, am I correct to understand that even if i invest $1000/mth, sales charge is still either SGD 1 or USD 1 (since sales charge is 0.08% or min SGD/USD 1)? So every monthly transaction I will incur additional SGD 1 or USD 1 sales charge?

Realized that, FSMOne doesn't allow RSP into ETF's which are not on their "list". For example, I am able to buy ARKK ETF but this ETF is not on their list for RSP. Anyone encountered this same issue ?

For FSMONE RSP for VOO, can you set your monthly RSP amount in SGD instead of USD?

If i plan to buy VOO S&P500 RSP on tda, do i just use DBS and pay them in SGD? Where does it become USD? For Stashaway, does it have rsp too?
