IBKR - Which pricing structure best fits DCA into LSE and buying of US stocks & ETFs?

Hi community,

If I regularly DCA into CSPX, but also want to buys stocks and ETFs in the US market, which pricing structure would fit me best?

Can I swap readily between tier pricing and fixed pricing?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Tiered pricing is almost always cheaper especially for US market unless you're trading in very large investment sums.

You can change between fixed and tiered pricing, but it will take about 1 day for the change to be implemented.

Also, you can buy CSPX using tiered pricing. You will be charged in USD.

Hope this helps!

Tiered pricing is generally cheaper. Fixed pricing may only be better if you trade in large amounts per trade.
