Hello,
I made a deposit notification and FAST transferred a sum of money into my IBKR account last week. But the money still isn't in my IBKR account. All banking details are correct. I called IBKR's English-language hotline, even waiting up to 1 hr on hold. No customer service officer ever picked up. Message ticket I sent via my account still not replied.
It's quite a sum of money and I would hate for it to be lost even before entering the market :( Anyone had similar issues?

Do drop them an email. I have seen my deposits getting cleared from anytime within 4 hours - 1 business day at the longest.
