IBKR Fees on EBS more expensive than LSE?

IBKR website mentions that the fees are the same for Switzerland and UK.

But when I buy ETF on LSE, the fees are $2.08, whereas the same on EBS cost $3.65.

Why is there a difference?

It is because of the third-party fees. EBS charges slightly higher exchange fees compared to LSE
