I was thinking of investing regularly via FSMone's RSP. I am already investing in VOO via RSP. Would you consider adding the Gold ETF such as SPDR® Gold MiniShares or SPDR Gold Shares?

If I have more monies, I would buy to hedge but I will not make Gold my biggest holding because at the end of the days, stocks will outperform in the long run.

My (possibly erroneous) secret theory is that

90-95% VOO

and

5-10% physical gold

could on ultra-longterm be the

best portfolio ever for retail investors.

Hi there I'm a beginner looking to invest into ETFs. Would you recommend that I RSP into ETFs with FSMOne / do it myself via brokers? Also, would appreciate a comparison between the diff brokers!

Is it really worth it to invest in VOO or other ETFs via a regular shares savings plan? Or is it better to invest a lump sum and hold it for the long term?
