I want to purchase shares such as TCEHY from US OTC Market. Which broker is most recommended in this case?

I have other accounts which does not allow transaction in OTC Market, therefore, i would want to create an account only for this purpose. I am looking for a broker which has low commission rate and no custody charges.

Does your broker provide access to HKSE?
Look at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for ticker 700.
