IBKR for sure! So many markets, so little cost!

Td Ameritrade for US stocks. Zero comm for stock transactions (buy/sell) and 0.65 per option contract if that's your cup of tea.

You can program your own watch list and charts with scripts if you know how, or download templates from others and import for your own use.

If you are a trader, then look for IB, tos, etc..

If you are just a long term holder, doing minimal trades per year. A simple Fsmone will do,which I suggest for beginners.
