I want to buy a BTO flat in the bukit batok area and near to my MIL, but i only want to pay by CPF. Is this possible?

I want to buy a BTO flat area bukit batok and near to my MIL.. but i only want to cut by CPF.. is it can?

Don't use up ALL your OA for BTO! The interest rates for CPF are quite high, and it would be best to keep a portion inside to keep rolling the interests. Many people just expense the entirety of their CPF on a big purchase, and miss out on the interest rates.

BTO in Bukit batok is relatively affordable, furthermore its BTO.
Your downpayment can use OA to pay.
Your repayment can use your OA to pay. Provided your repayment is equal or lower than your OA contribution.
