I’ve a diversified portfolio of 130k total but currently at a loss of about 30% due to market downturn.

I don’t need the money, shouId I just leave the investment there?

Since you don't need the money, just leave the investment there. As long as the company isn't at risk of collapsing

Look at what you have in your portfolio.

Solid co, ETFs etc: Hold

Shaky co, ETFs etc: Consider selling or leave it

Everyone's portfolio is down.

Ride out the storm, if you have solid companies or ETFs in your portfolio.

Personally, I tend to avoid realising losses unless I am in urgent need of money or feel the company is a lost cost.
