I've (25F) graduated last year and have been working with my partner for close to 9 months now. Any advice with regards to BTO application?

My partner (25M) and I just started our own consulting business a while back. We plan to get married in 3 years time because we have been dating for 5 years.

Does this mean we have to apply for BTO now? In addition, we plan to put our money and time to focus on our career for this 1-2 years, we're worried that we may not have enough funds to pay for the BTO when it arrived. What are some things we should start taking note of now?

We have insurance ready, emergency cash set aside.

Applying for BTO now is a good idea, so that you will have your own place after marriage 3 years later.

As a business owner too, I can understand the perpetual fear of insufficient funds. Work out your financials, and decide on a budget you are looking at for the flat.
