I think I have just been scammed and there is an unauthorised transaction on my credit card. Has anyone ever manage to get the dispute resolution approve even though you are the one scammed?

I think I have just been scammed and there is an unauthorised transaction on my credit card. I thought I was talking to a legit Western Digital staff to ship my faulty WD hardware. Previously, I went through the same process of getting the shipping label but it was to a local address. This time it is to overseas, and I thought it was because they closed down their outlets here since it's COVID-19. Anyone ever managed to win the dispute resolution even though you are the one who accidentally gave out your details?
