I recently seen the I Quadrant's advertisement on Facebook where they advertised to help Singaporeans own 34 properties in 2 years with little or no money. Is it MAS approved? What are the risks?

Seen their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/iquadrantgroup/), am interested. But seems to be a scam. Just want to check it out.

There are inherent risks in property (and probably almost every type of) investing. The question is, do you want to learn to lower the risk you are exposed to in the investment vehicle you have chosen? The next question, if you have chosen to learn more, is from who? That's the trickier part.

For me, I took a leap of faith and tried their course. All I can say is, if you put your mind to it and take action, with the education they provide, you will not be shortchanged. The value they provide is definitely worth more than the course fee, but only if you play your part and take action.

Keep seeing Germaine advertising non-stop on youtube. In latest marketing tactic she says owning HDB is a liability and goes around "interviewing" people.

She has lost all credibility and raises doubts when I read an older interview of the couple: Husband and wife own and live in HDB. Renting a condo monthly for the children and grandparents. Hmm thought HDB is a liability? why did you buy it? Only renting condo? thought you can afford to own 32 properties? Unable to actually purchase a single condo?
