Does it make sense to stay for year end bonus?

A better opportunity should offer you a good balance in both learning and earning potential. And if youā€™re already inherently unhappy, best to move on quickly before desperation and burnout gets to you.

You can start looking for a new role and price your potential bonus into the salary package or even negotiate a signing bonus.

Job search tend to take time as well. So no harm starting early and going for a couple of interviews to gauge your ā€œmarket rateā€.

But if you can't imagine spending another day at your current workplace then it's probably clear that your sanity takes precedence over the EOY bonus hmm..
