I'm new to investing in US stocks. How are dividends of my US stocks received in my Moo Moo account? If there is a rights issue, how do I participate in it? Thanks!

Dividends from US stocks will be credited into your MooMoo USD account on payment date. Do note that 30% withholding tax will be deducted from the dividends before crediting into your account.

Haven't encounted rights issue in MooMoo yet, and I can't find info on MooMoo website on this topic. I would imagine you would be informed of rights issues and how to subscribe them.
