I understand that there is a 30% withholding tax for ETFs and people advise going to Ireland domiciled ETFS. Given my intent in accumulating ETF instead of a dividend ETF, what would you advice?

I believe u mean the s&p500 etf, there are a different variety of companies that offer these etfs, spy is just the most famous one from state Street. What majority of investors here recommend would be Irish-domiciled accumulating etfs, like CSPX or VUAA. There are no accumulating etfs listed in the US.

Also, do note that there will be dividend tax no matter accumulating or distributing.

I don't think there is any SPY500 accumulating ETF in NYSE. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.
