If I'm looking to invest in Ireland domiciled ETFs do I buy from LSE or LSE (IOB) and what is the difference between the two?

Is there also a place where I can compare the currency conversion fees for the recommended brokerages?

No, not IOB, which is for depositary receipts.

Let not brokers/bank do that conversion but TransferWise (exception: a broker with known ultra low fees)
