When converting your Citi miles to air miles, the mile conversion rate is at 1:1, which is good news! So you can think about your Citi miles as the number of air miles you would get when you redeem. To redeem your miles, go to Citi Rewards, log in and redeem. Everything can be done online and you can follow the prompts.
