I’m 28 YO, married and have bought a HDB resale with Single Grant Scheme. Now, my wife has just gotten her SPR. Should I go for the HDB TOP-UP grant (est.$60K)

We have done the calculation and we have no plan to purchase a separate property under my wife’s name only. Is there any other better reason on not to take up this deal (e.g we will still remain as first timer for our future BTO purchase if i’m not wrong)?
