I put in close to S$500 into Matrixport's fixed-income USDT investment. It promises a 30% APY. I just checked, there is only $264.56 now. Should I be worried?

$264.56 is in USDT? If so, it should be pegged to USD. With exchange rate at about 1.33, it is about SGD352.
Which fixed income USDT you invested?
When you invest?
How much you invest?
What is the tenor?
While it promises 30% APY, you have to pro-rate it to the number of days you are holding the product. You may suffer bigger exchange rate loss than the interest you earned.

Hi, I'm Tracy from Matrixport, first of all thank you for choosing our product.
I guess you bought Crypto directly through Simplex using SGD? I am also very curious about why such a situation would happen.
Anyway, when you have any difficulties, you can write to me on Telegram(@bchnodetracy) or email me (my email is [email protected]). I am willing to help you deal with any product usage problems at any time.
