Helloo! A fellow Prudential FC here~

1) if you are looking to change to a new FC, you can ask your preferred Prudential FC to pass you a form for you to fill up. At least there is someone who is there taking care of your portfolio! If not you can call in the hotline and they will assign you a new FC. Do note that they may assign someone that you don't know.

2) Responsive - they are able to give you the prompt respond even though they are overseas!

Empathetic - they can understand what you have been through and you are able to reach out to them regardless the situation!

Life long learning - they keep on improving their knowledge so that they can continue to serve you better in the long run!

Those are my humble opinion, hope it helps :)

Hi there,

Sharing my opinions if it helps

1) You are able to call in to change/ New FC that you would prefer to send in a change in servicing form for you to be send in to prudential

2) For me these are the 3 main points

  • Reliable -- Knolwedge aspects must be there to guide
  • Responsive -- Able to respond to you asap, in the event of emergency for claims etc.
  • Trust -- Take time to build up that trust to have an open conversation

If that is somethingt that you reasonate with, we could connect.

Hi there, just a friendly financial consultant here just helping out.

Do you have someone in mind to handle your policies? If you do, let them know you want them to take over the policies from your current agent and they will get the paper work ready. If you don't, you can call up Prudential customer service and tell them you want to change your servicing rep and they will assign one to you.

Keep in mind if they assign one, it is someone you may or may not know. Servicing is a very vital aspect. Alternatively, you can reach out to them and get the answers you are looking for

I think you can just clarify with them esp if you have conflicting answers. and if it is still not s...
