I have plans with a Prudential FC. I'd like to change the FC as I've gotten conflicting answers to my questions. 1) How do I change the FC? 2) What areas should I look out for when considering an FC?

1. Before making the change, it’s a good idea to have a financial consultant you’d like to transfer to beforehand. Otherwise, if you approach the customer service team directly, they may reassign you to someone you don’t know. If you’re fine with that, you can proceed with customer service.

Alternatively, the FC you’d like to transfer to can initiate the transfer process with a signed document.

2. In my opinion, the servicing aspect is the most important.
