Hi there, just a friendly financial consultant here just helping out.
Do you have someone in mind to handle your policies? If you do, let them know you want them to take over the policies from your current agent and they will get the paper work ready. If you don't, you can call up Prudential customer service and tell them you want to change your servicing rep and they will assign one to you.
Keep in mind if they assign one, it is someone you may or may not know. Servicing is a very vital aspect. Alternatively, you can reach out to them and get the answers you are looking for

I think you can just clarify with them esp if you have conflicting answers. and if it is still not satisfactory, then can just talk to the company to change.

1) You are able to call in to change/ New FC that you would prefer to send in a change in servicing form for you to be send in to prudential
2) For me these are the 3 main points
