I have bought OCBC stocks using CPF before ex-div date and sold them before payment date. Dividend Payment date for OCBC is 5th June 2020, but i have not received it yet. Anyone know why?

Hi anon,

The dividends (or cash proceeds from sales) from a CPF OA transaction will be credited to the CPF investment account with the bank first. This acts as a sort of 'holding' pen for monies.

Do log in and check, it should be residing there.

It will only be transferred back to your OA after an inactivity period.

Alternatively, you may contact the bank to ask them to move it back to CPF OA for you.
