Anyone knows the difference between dividends / entitlement / rights? (Eg ex-entitlement date?)?

I dont quite understand the meaning of entitlements, can someone help? Does it mean the entitlement to take part in the voting of policies? And how will this entitlement affect the stock prices? Thanks! (Sorry am a beginner here)
