You need to know exactly what plans you have bought
(1) what type is it for? Life? Hospitalisation? Accident? Savings? General Insurance?
(2) What coverage does it cover?
So if you are still paying out of pocket, it would likely mean it does not cover those. Do go through your insurance contract.

What policies do you have? If you have a shield or personal accident policy, they are on a reimbursement basis, so you will have to pay first, and the insurer will pay you back.
Based on what you mentioned, I think it's a good time to either meet up with your current agent to do a review, or you could reach out, I believe that the agents here are more than willing to provide a review for you should you want to.
Of course there is no obligations, and there should not be any up-selling unless you are open to suggestions.
