Never lump sum, always DCA. Also, don't get ripped off by local brokers like DBS Vickers with their ridiculously high commissions as well as fees that really shouldn't exist anymore today (like custody fee for instance) when buying overseas stocks/ETFs. There are much better ones, like Interactive Brokers for example.
