I got DBS points for topping up my grab wallet with the DBS Altitude Card, but does the amount I topped up count towards my spend of 6k for 38k miles sign up bonus?

T&c stated that "any top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts and any pre-paid
accounts (e.g. EZ-Link, NETS FlashPay, Transit Link, Singtel Dash);" but it didnt explicitly kick out Grab
