I feel like quitting my job but the job market is always a bad time. I don't have a bad job but just feeling stuck in my career progression. What should i do?

Speak to your manager and come up together with a career progression plan? if not possible then find another job, quit only after you secure a new job.

Could work for / against you but could you try speaking to your manager during appraisal? Ask him/her what's your growth path for you in the next 3 years.
