I drag my feet to work every day. Should I consider a change of career even though I'm only 27?

I studied accounting for my degree. My company is pretty okay, but I just really don't look forward to work. Instead, I look forward to coding programs online (though I have no official background) and spend most of my weekends working on codes. Should I change my career?

Yes and no. Everything has its use in your life. Maybe with your accounting/finance skills and your passion in coding, you can explore high demand FinTech jobs. And maybe this is your equipping period. Continue working to take home your monthly pay. Do your job well to serve people and continue to learn new skills in during the weekends. If you're unsure, take your time to research on what job roles there is that marry both disciplines. This way, you can stay prepared and when the opportunity comes, you're well equipped with knowledge and work experience specific to the role. You will know when the time comes and you're ready for a new milestone.

Do not change; if you see potential career advancements in the near term. If you have heavy family responsibilities. If you need the income. If you do not have proper certifications to back your coding interest.

Otherwise, yea why stay on in this job, especially when you are young.

Yes you should change. We live a very short life.

Yes you should can your career to what you want to do. Enjoy what you want to do.
