What are the best personal insurance policies that will cover TCM/Chiropractor costs if I do get injured? Are there other kinds of policies that I should be considering?

It depends on the intensity and whether you do it as a profession.
In general, you may consider AIA Solitiare Personal Accident. Here is some information about it (specifically on the 5th and 6th benefit): https://www.aia.com.sg/content/dam/sg/en/docs/p...
Personally, I am pretty satisfied with the claim-experience as a customer. Professionally, I have been helping my clients with their claims for the past 9 years.
All in all, we will need to know the intensity of your workout, e.g. leisure vs competitive to ensure that you are adequately insured.

Hi Anon,
Just to ask, in regards to your practice of MMA, is it for fitness or is it competitive? Meaning that you do participate in competitions?
Based on my understanding for personal accident policies, if it's for fitness there will be coverage, but the coverage will be pro-rated as the involvement in such practice has a high chance of getting into an accident. However if it's competitive and there is a cash reward involved, any accident that were to happen will unlikely be covered.
However I do think that if you are hospitalised due to MMA activities, you will be covered if you have an integrated shield plan with rider attached. Having the rider should allow you to claim after visiting TCM post-hospitalisation, so you could consider taking a look at that as well.
