I am single, below the age 35. Should I BTO a 3-room flat with my mum?

Since cost of goods will increase every year, thought may be good to secure a flat first.. Dont intend to have kids. Any advice for me? Anything to consider?

If you intend to get married and get another flat, you have to get your mum to "buy" over your ownership of this flat.
