I am new to investing and have decided that I want to start an RSP of $500/month on a diversified portfolio like the ACWI. Would Saxo or FSM be better for this?

Other than the broker, which world ETF would you recommend? I am looking for something domiciled in Ireland to avoid a higher withholding tax. Welcome to other advice as well if you think a world ETF is not the way to go.

Expensive for such small amounts. Go with a robo till u build a sizeable sum firs then go with funds.
